this was spotted round by Temple meads. It appears that the cynical advertisers have used stencil designs to give their message a "street/urban" flavour...stencils have become increasingly popular recently around Bristol pioneered by grafheads such as Banksy + Par3 etc...oh well a good lick of paint will sort that right out!
